ARE the people in charge of the (previous) Financial and Economic System to be held ACCOUNTABLE for what has happened and is still happening?

Whose Responsibility is it?  Do you think it is fair that the SAME people hold the same or similar positions and that they just say: "Everybody was doing that"..."Nobody Knew"... "It is not our personal Responsibility"...

WELL... What in the World were all these "EXPERTS" and Finance "GURUS" paid for?  Shouldn't issues such as Executive Pay be at the VERY LEAST reconsidered?
